In the program, you will visit the Hoi An market. Yes, you will still come across tourists there, but we will help you to discover the exotic products hidden among the stalls where you can taste and learn about their virtues.
Then, continue on a boat ride to a small isolated island on the delta of the river for a trip back in time.
You will be immersed in a village where you are welcomed by a grandmother in her traditional house. This is where your cooking class takes place. You will learn to make rice paper as in the old days, then cook four typical dishes in the garden under the shade of coconut trees.

After enjoying your creations in peace, you will ride a bycycle on the small countryside path through the hamlets and the rice fields. Throughout your ride, you will stop for unique encounters.
